Located at the formerly prominent Westside Pavillion in the West LA neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA, this is a $180 million commercial ‘repositioning’ project as commissioned by development company, GPI Companies.  The project was chosen for its well-known location , and as an opportunity to redevelop an iconic mid-century department store, previously home to the giant retailer, Macy’s, into new creative office space.  This 250,000sf project provides a renovated & redesigned building facade with full height glass &  views to the city & surrounding neighborhood.  It also provides a new 3-story landscaped private courtyard with private balconies for future tenants..  This project also provides new landscaping for the site with outdoor fire pits, lounges and recreational spaces.
