An interactive ecological intervention for the education and preservation of the West Indian Manatee.

An off-shore archipelago in the shallows of the Miami marina is proposed and made of anchored translucent silt curtains, and submerged double-walled glass viewing chambers. Patrons are free to visit preserved region by boat ride, pedestrian walkway and snorkeling tours.
