A commercial ‘repositioning’ project as commissioned by development company, Steelwave, this project provides redesigned building entries, lobby and core, while also providing new amenities for prospective and existing office tenants. These amenities include a 4500sf Locker & Fitness Area, 2300sf cafe/lounge and 2300sf accessible roof terraces. Through the design process we were able to also incorporate 7500sf of new leasable office space for the client included in a new building addition. This project also provides new landscaping for the site with outdoor fire pits, lounges and recreational spaces.
