The Tantau Research & Development Facilities comprise of two adjacent buildings adding approximately 225,000sf of gross floor area for Apple, Inc.’s global headquarters; Apple Park. Both buildings have one ground level with testing chambers, shield rooms, workshops and other research laboratory spaces. The second level contains the primary offices for each user group.  This project accommodates 2,200 employees and is be supported by approximately 1,740 parking spaces.

Achieving a LEED Gold rating, the services used in this facility efficiently combine and distribute all mechanical, electrical and data functions through its cores and raised access floor while providing maximum views and daylight of the surrounding campus. This creates a harmonious unity with the adjacent picturesque park landscape.
